Cappy Cat Says Hi

While I was inspired by Freedom Planet game, I feel like I should start doing Pixel Art, So I made the first animated gif of Cappy Cat tipping his hat. I was trying to copy the 16-bit style like the Sega Genesis, but maybe I should work more on the shading. If anybody can give me tips, I would be appreciated.
